Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz
Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz (Polish; Jerzy : November 24, 1985 – July 14, 2005) was an Australian born citizen who would become the first deceased Australian citizen in 2023 to be prosecuted by the Method of Prosecution by Starvation via the Department of Prosecutions located in the Capital of Australia, Canberra. He would also become the first legally deceased Australian Citizen to have an Act of Warfare carried out upon them in the Commonwealth, eighteen years after his unknown death by the ACT Supreme Court of Australia.

Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is Australia’s first known ‘walking dead’ sometimes referred to as fictional character "Dracula" because of his living day to day appearance of never ageing complexion in the city of Canberra. The date of his resurrection is unknown and there is no documentation reinstating his life, as there are no Australian Laws known which reinstate “Life” after “Death”.

In Canberra especially, you will hear Canberra residents often refer to “They” “He” and “Him” when coming down to the decisions made upon Canberra, and who holds the final decision in making changes.

Whilst no one truly knows who “They” are, there is a theory that “He” has set and made rules and decisions around Canberra, “They” make the changes but “Him” can influence the change over “He”.

Gray-Grzeszkiewicz out of the three, is known and confirmed as “HIM” as he is the challenger to modern day theory and law, as if someone who had been dead for eighteen years wouldn’t have something to say about the changes. Due to his legal status, he holds an almost lawless position where a final example and choice comes down to “HIM”, but still has to go through “He” and “They”.
This is Australian Canberra Folklore that commenced around the year 2023 and how in today’s world, how Canberra operates in what is at times called “The Shadows of They, He and Him.”
There is no official story or any evidence claiming that any of the “They” “He” and “Him” theory is true, as this is cultural outlook amongst citizens.
Early Life - Before Death.
Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was born in Sydney, Australia, on November 24, 1985. Sydney, being polluted and highly over populated was in the opinion of his parents unsuitable to raise a family and his father, also Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz who was a Doctor (General Practitioner) decided to relocate his Medical Practice to the city of Canberra.
His parents were both Polish immigrants, his father immigrating to Australia after the second world war and spending some years in England before deciding to migrate to Australia to pursue his dream of becoming a Medical Doctor which he achieved in 1974, his mother migrated to Australia after deciding between the United States of America and Australia as
an attractive prospect to starting a new life in the west.

Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had a sister, Kristina, who was born in Canberra July 11, 1989 and a half-brother, Philippe, who was from his father’s first marriage to a French immigrant by the name of Julienne. Julienne lost her battle to cancer in the 1990’s in the city of Sydney.

Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s early childhood friends consisted of two Egyptian brothers who lived on the left and a Kenyan boy on his right. Up the road were two American brothers and at the end of the street an Australian family known as the Camble’s. Amongst the university flats across the road were assorted children of university employees such as professors from overseas that included Poles such as the “Rustowski” family and a small family from Wales.

Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s early childhood would be described as fairly colourful in cultures with a little from everywhere across the globe, but mainly it was a very social and engaged group of youths that enjoyed the Australian weather, playing sports and growing up in a 1990’s era in a suburb where residents enjoyed their afternoons and evening with the front door open, living in complete safety.

Gray-Grzeszkiewicz grew up in a Roman Catholic household in the suburb of Garran, Canberra. As a family they attended Church and he received first communion and was baptised on December 31, 1986 in the St. Christopher's Cathedral, Canberra.
He attended with his father a Holy Pilgrimage with then Archer bishop Walter Stefanski in 1997, where they toured Europe, Africa and the Middle-East.
The countries to visited are, Iraq, Jordan, Afghanistan, France, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Croatia, Republic Of Cameroon, Israel, Italy and the Vatican.

Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s family were regarded as educated, professionally orientated and medically qualified as his father was a qualified vet for animals certified by the University of Warsaw, a General Practitioner certified by the the University Of Sydney.
His mother Anna Wagner was also a qualified Medical Nurse and close family friend, Godfather of his sister Kristina, Dr.Miklos ‘Uncle Miki’ Pohl a Plastic Surgeon who received the Order Of Australia in 2003 for his contribution to medicine and the arts by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckinham Palace, London and his brother Philippe had also commenced medicine before changing subjects to law.
Like his adopted “Uncle” Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was expected to play the violin in which he did through his junior years at Canberra Boys Grammar, and was expected to finally one day join Dr. Miki Pohl’s Doctors Orchestra which he founded in the 1990’s, but never committed to achieving that level.
He was also expected to follow in the footsteps of his father and uncle in medicine and the arts but never enrolled into University.

In 1998 his father had filed for divorce in the ACT Family Court from his mother Anna Gray-Grzeszkiewicz (previously Anna Wagner) and was arrested by the ACT Police for possession of three unlicensed rifles, two shotguns and one air rifle which were located at the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family home of 121 Gilmore Crescent, Garran. The rifles consisted of two old Russian shotguns that were a few months out of registration, but under the John Howard Governments new Anti Gun Laws after the 1996 Port Arthur Massacre, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s father was arrested, but was not charged. Controversies in relation to the ACT Police’s seizing of weapons without offer of a “buy back” which was established during the period to encourage person(s) with firearms an offer to hand their firearms in and be compensated still exist to this day as his father claimed that the scope located on the air rifle, which was an accessory and not the weapon itself was not offered to be returned by the ACT Police.
Gray-Grzeszkiewicz attended Canberra Grammar Boys School between the years of 1991-2001, where he studied a traditional ‘Anglo-Saxon’ ‘Church of England” curriculum that consisted of Maths, Science, Physics, Geography, Chemistry, English, Language, History, Religious Education, Business, Drama, Music and Physical Eduction (Sports). He later, to avoid the pressures of the year 12 final examinations (HSC) enrolled into Narrabundah College in Canberra for years 11 and 12 where he studied a similar, but personally tailored subjects that acquired to his interests such as 3D Animation, IT Programming and Website Design which he graduated from in 2003.

Death.
Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz died on the 14.July.2005, at age 19. The cause of death is unknown as there is no documentation to determine the true cause of death located at the Coroners Court in the Australian Capital Territory. According to the ACT Supreme Court, Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz died on the 14.July.2005 and a grant for probate was executed by the Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court in December 2007.

He was cremated at the Gunghalin Crematorium and there are no records available at Tobin Brothers funeral directors who actually paid for the funeral, nor is there any documentation which hold any relevance.

Personal Life - Before Death.
In 1997, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz participated in a Holy Pilgrimage with then Father Walter Stefanski of Jindebein who later became the Archer Bishop of Goulburn and Canberra. The main objective of the pilgrimage was to have Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s father who had just completed his Cancer treatment of chemo-therapy to reduce the stress levels as his specialists were concerned would impact negatively on his recovery. The pilgrimage toured countries of Europe, Africa and the Middle-East. Some of the countries to mention are, Iraq, Jordan, Afghanistan, France, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Croatia, Republic Of Cameroon, Israel, Italy and the Vatican.
Whilst in the Republic of Cameroon (Pictured right) in 1997 whilst on the Holy Pilgrimage, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz donated to the monastery's school his green Nintendo Gameboy with all his games. Being a third world country, televisions were not in every household, almost non existent and the value of the gift was over three hundred united states dollars, a dollar value that could carry a small family in the Cameroon for years and years when put into perspective the difference between a first world and third world country in the 1990’s.
In 1998-1999, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had gone with three (Chris Isackson, John Ross and Matteus Kaczmarek) out for a walk late about the suburbs that consist of Woden Valley. At some point of the night, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz and his childhood friends (aged 13+) were spotted by local Canberra Police and followed into the back playground of the St. Peters & Paul Primary School. The Police car followed the four whilst still travelling in their Police vehicle through a side entry, driving over the grass eventually stopping on the concrete where children play Monday to Friday.

Two of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s friends (Matteus Kaczmarek and Chris Isackson) ran off into the Hughes Woodlands, connected at the back of the St. Peter’s & Paul’s primary school and John Ross and Gray-Grzeszkiewicz stayed behind. The two Policemen, who didn’t state their names got out of the vehicle and enquired to what Gray-Grzeszkiewicz and his friend were up too late at night, the Policemen didn’t accept the story and held Gray-Grzeszkiewicz and John Ross hostage at the playground until they made a confession. One Policeman smoked his entire pack of cigarettes playing the “silent treatment” until the sun began to rise, until one of the boys had made an unsatisfactory explanation which led to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz and John Ross to be held at the Woden Valley Police Station until their mothers were called.
Controversy in relation to the actions carried out by the local Police are that there are two breaches of the Crimes Act 1900-40 under section 36 Torture and 209 Stopping, searching and detaining conveyances which had been breached by the ACT Police. Because Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was also a minor without the present of his legal guardian, there is also controversy if the ACT Police had any powers to proceed to the extent that they did of that morning, including if section 35 Stalking due to the Police vehicle had followed the four minors into the playground of a private property.

In 1999, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz created a personal website via the then Yahoo Geocities a free web hosting website for the general public. Controversy arose when Gray-Grzeszkiewicz posted a confession from a Wal Komar (Raetheon Australia) who over Microsoft Messenger from his Hotmail account wkomar@hotmail.com stated he inserted his thumb through his rectum into his anus to achieve an orgasm. What Gray-Grzeszkiewicz didn’t publish was that Wal Komar had suggested to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz that he should try it also, to see if he likes it. At the time, no one considered it serious but as years went by it is considered to be a classic case of behaviour from perpetrators of child sexual abusers. Coincidentally, a Polish Catholic priest who was employed by the Royal Australian Air force in the same year provided pornography to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz in 1999, when Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was aged 13.

Controversy again rose as complaints were raised by mother’s who’s son’s were friends with Gray-Grzeszkiewicz about the VHS Sex Tapes which had been found in their son’s possession, such titles as “Sex Commando’s (1999)” and “Pam & Tommy’s Sex Tape (1999)” which were two of the eight titles claimed. One parent by the name of Helen Garguilo had called multiple mothers from the Canberra Grammar Boys School informing them of how Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was a bad influence on their son’s and to forbid their son’s from associating with Gray-Grzeszkiewicz. Helen Garguilo though had not told the parents that the pornography tapes in her son’s (Joshua Garguilo) possession were actually of the ownership of a Royal Australian Air Force priest by the name of Valdec, a fellow Australian Defence Force employee of Helen Garguilo’s husband, Romano Garguilo of the Royal Australian Navy.

Between 1999-2000, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had been acquainted with older seniors from Canberra Boys School such as “Anthony Collet” who’s parents had been approached by the Australian Government to purchase the Collet’s family home located opposite the Australian Parliament House on State Circuit (Canberra), where now is located the Senator Apartments (No. 29 & 2). According to Collet the amount that was offered (that could not be disclosed) was in such excess to the value of the property that it assured retirement of Collet’s parents, including Anthony Collet who was in his early twenties. This was the first example to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz how the Australian Government does large financial settlements without public knowledge as it would cause outrage.
Anthony Collet was a fellow student and acquaintance to Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz during the Grammar Years.
In 2002-2003, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was suspected of assaulting a cyclist with a baseball batt from a moving vehicle, the ACT Police later accused Gray-Grzeszkiewicz of committing the crime to his mother’s partner after Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had been held in an interview room of the Woden Valley Police station for an approximately eight hours without allowance of a toilet break or water. The ACT Police claimed that the cyclist was in critical condition in hospital and was “fighting for his life” whilst his family stood by him. As their was no evidence to any of the Policeman’s claims, the ACT Police did not press any charges and let Gray-Grzeszkiewicz go after his mother was finally called after 11pm that night.
Controversy again in relation to the actions carried about by the local Police were that this was a second breach of the Crimes Act 1900-40 under section 36 Torture. No Police have ever been charged for any of their conduct, nor compensation awarded in relation to the two incidents with the local Police.
In 2002, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was suspected of causing damage to the property of one of his childhood friends family homes at 58 Brereton Street, Garran, ACT. He was assaulted by Helen Garguilo at his family home after a case of mistaken identity. Helen Garguilo had drove down to the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz house and repeatedly punched Gray-Grzeszkiewicz. The Police were called and took down a report who arrived from Woden Police Station, taking photo’s of the injuries caused to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz, the Police pressed no charges. It was years later, a fellow student of Marist College and friend of Joshua Garguilo’s, Marc Panok of 29 Steinwedel Street, Farrer (Canberra) confessed that he had knowledge of who the vandals actually were being fellow Marist Students of Joshua Garguilo’s. Joshua Garguilo and Marc Panok originally lived on the same street in the suburb of Farrer (Canberra) before the Garguilo family moved to the suburb of Garran, Canberra.
Personal Life - After Death.
Gray-Grzeszkiewicz has been seen skateboarding, attending St. Christopher’s Cathedral, cycling and walking around Canberra. His current official residence is unclear and has no form of modern digital communication such as a mobile telephone. There is no knowledge of exactly what day of year Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had appeared back as living in his day to day life, therefore his age cannot be established.
Citizenship, civil and legal controversies revolving around Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is how the law can engage with the legally dead, who are living. Under the Crimes Act 1900, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is considered a dead corpse under section 48 Misconduct to dead corpses. Any person(s) who (a) indecently interferes with any dead human body or; (b) improperly interferes with, or offers any indignity to, any dead human body or human remains (whether buried or not); is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by imprisonment for 2 years.
In 2023, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was arrested at 5 Dominion Circuit Deakin after a phone call was put to Police for Domestic Family Violence. Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was identified as an Aboriginal Torrens-Straight Islander by the name of Jurek Gray by local Poliice who had been reported as throwing hot coffee around. Conditions for bail have been placed for Jurek Gray of 85 Dominion Circuit, but not Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz of 5 Dominion Circuit. Because the local Police had failed to identify Gray-Grzeszkiewicz correctly, there is speculation that the three Police Officers may be charged with numerous counts of misconduct of a dead corpse without the authorised warrant from the Coroners Court of the ACT.
Records confirm that Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was cremated 22.July.2005. The knowledge of the whereabouts of his ashes are unknown. In order for an enquiry or investigation to occur under the Coroners Act 1997 Section 27 a warrant for exhumation of body or recovery of ashes would have to be issued and a report presented to the ACT Supreme Court to establish if Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is Gray-Grzeszkiewicz. Without the successful recovery of the ashes the Coroners Court will have to accept Gray-Grzeszkiewicz as deceased, unless proven otherwise. This could even leave the High Court of Australia the only option to reinstate Gray-Grzeszkiewicz which is expected to take years.

The documents were accepted by the ACT Department of Prosecutions and the ACT Magistrates Court as acceptable.
No interviews to date have been conducted as of February 2024, indicating and displaying "Sexual Discrimination" by the ACT Police, also indicating a Prejudice & Injustice has been carried out against Gray-Grzeszkiewcz.
The Australian Federal Police should have obtained a warrant to arrest Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz on the following day at 5 Grey St, Deakin 2600 entering the correct entrance (right). There is a suspected ethernet cable connecting the two properties where the McKIBBIN Software Group is syphoning internet from 85 Dominion Circuit, Deakin 2600 and an underground room under the bedroom of Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz of 5 Grey Street, Deakin 2600 which is accessed from 3 Grey St, Deakin. Under new transgender laws, if a person identifies as a male they are to be reported as a male. Gray-Grzeszkiewicz stated upon arrest he didn’t identify as an Aboriginal Torrens-Straight Islander therefor he denied before being taken to the Canberra City Police Station as being Jurek Gray the Aboriginal Torrens-Straight Islander as local Police had speculated and self confirmed during arrest. Therefore, the Police had arrested and charged Jurek Gray the Aboriginal-Torrens Straight Islander, but in fact had committed misconduct of a dead corpse being, A person who—
(a) indecently interferes with any dead human body; or
(b) improperly interferes with, or offers any indignity to, any dead human body or human remains (whether buried or not);
who which body was by the name of Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz who had been deceased and cremated for 18 years. According to the Coroners Court, The Coroners Role is to;
- determine the identity of the deceased; - inquire into the date, time, place, cause and manner of death;
There is very little to no evidence to determine the identity of the deceased, accurately as there is contradicting evidence.

Child Sexual Abuse - Before Death.
In 1999, significant events that caused controversy through the childhood of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz are related to complaints of Child Sexual Abuse occurring in Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s life before his death in 2005 which are directly linked to the Royal Australian Air force, Royal Australian Navy, Canberra Grammar Boys School and the Catholic Church of Canberra and Goulburn between the years 1999-2001.

Coincidentally, a Polish Catholic priest who was employed by the Royal Australian Air Force in the same year at the Wagga Wagga Air Force base in NSW, Australia provided pornography to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz in 1999 when Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was aged 13, right before Gray-Grzeszkiewicz celebrated the New Years Millennium at the Komar family home in Chapman with childhood friend Matteus Kaczmarek who coincidentally is born the same day as Gray-Grzeszkiewicz but of the year 1986. Coincidentally again, Piotre (Peter) Komar, eldest brother of Wal Komar who was present at the Komar New Years (2000) Millennium party had enlisted into the Royal Australian Air Force after graduating from law and was based at the Wagga Wagga Air Force Base around the time of the priest, named Valdec.
Years later, another confession from Wal Komar through Microsoft’s Instant Messenger claimed that the mother of Wal Komar was having a sexual affair with a priest in the local community, whilst there were no names provided, it has been speculated from evidence that the priest was the very same priest who had provided the pornography tapes to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz in 1999, due to the links of the Polish Community, Royal Australian Air Force and the Catholic Church that surrounds the pornography controversy.

With the purchase of the new CRT Television, illegal satellite had been installed which around the time was very common in Canberra households. Childhood friend Daniel Abma who lived on Brereton Street, Garran, a few houses up from the Garguilo family home also had the same satellite installed with one major difference, the pornography channel was accessible at the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family home. Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was told by his mother’s partner that the satellite had the pornography channel and Gray-Grzeszkiewicz and his childhood friend Joshua Garguilo not only watched free pay per view of sports such as the historic Mike Tyson comeback fight, but also the pornography channel, both aged 14.

In 2000-2001, one of the teachers at Canberra Grammar Boys School by the name of Mark Perkins had told Gray-Grzeszkiewicz to remove his family signet ring, a piece of jewellery which is considered by modern standards the same as clothing, therefore a teacher had requested for a student to remove a piece of clothing. A complaint had been raised with the headmaster of the school at the time in relation to the request of the teacher which had been responded to with an official apology on behalf of the school from Canberra Grammar Boy Schools Headmaster, Mr.Murry.

With the combination of pornography by means of VHS tapes and Satellite Television, by now majority of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s friends were forbidden to visit Gray-Grzeszkiewicz at his family home. It would be years before the winds would stop blowing around Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s personal life.
As to date, no official investigation has been held or acknowledged of being held by the local and federal police of Australia, there has been no knowledgeable evidence of interviews that have been conducted by or of anyone in relation to the distribution of restricted pornography to minors in order to sexual abuse children as recognized by the Royal Commission for Child Sexual Abuse concluding its investigation in 2017.

In 2003, Dr. Miklos Pohl (Uncle Miki) was awarded the Order Of Australia by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace, London. Australia’s highest award, linked traditionally to the
Governor-General Office of Australia. In 2023, Mate (Mato) Babic a fellow student and former childhood friend of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz died unexpectedly at his parents home from flu related complications a local newspaper reported. Prior to Mate (Mato) Babic’s death, Mate (Mato) Babic claimed that Michael Tracey who was a fellow student of Canberra Grammar Boys School bragged about working for the Australian Security Intelligence Organization whilst based in Beijing, China. Coincidentally, Michael Tracey was a childhood friend of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz, who had been not allowed to visit the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family home after Michael Tracey had caused a near asthma attack of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s sister, Kristina, who suffered from severe asthma due to suspicious over-tickling after Michael Tracey was told "not too" as witnessed by the parents.
Mate (Mato) Babic & Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz met at Canberra Boys Grammar and were friends from the 6th grade. They both shared their enthusiasm for humor and spent many times together during the Nintendo Gameboy & Nintendo 64 era commencing in 1997 in Australia playing video games, playing Tennis & Basketball. Mate (Mato) Babic is the first of Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz's childhood friends to have died in 2023.
A falling out occurred between Tracey and Gray-Grzeszkiewicz, and school friends of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz reported that Michael Tracey’s father, who lived at 10 Pudley Street, Farrer had told parents at Canberra Boys Grammar School that he had witnessed Gray-Grzeszkiewicz hold a knife at his mother one afternoon whilst he stopped by and peered through the living room window of the residence, unannounced and uninvited at the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family home prior to 1999. Michael Tracey holds a Director position at Jobs & Skills Australia as of 2023 and is still suspected of being an Australian Security Intelligence Operative amongst fellow old boys of Canberra Grammar Boys School.

In 2023, the ACT Department Of Prosecutions and the Magistrates Court of ACT placed upon Gray-Grzeszkiewicz conditions of bail that has systematically restricted Gray-Grzeszkiewicz from access to a telephone, access to medical, access to personal mail, employment opportunities and access to Australia’s financial support service known as Centrelink operating under the Department of Human Services. The course of actions taken upon the ACT Department of Prosecutions has also restricted the ability to up keep personal hygiene standards which are reflective and contradictory of the ACT Governments and Commonwealths commitments to up keeping safety and hygiene standards after the COVID-19 lock down procedures were put in place during the historic lock down period.
Gray-Grzeszkiewicz under his current circumstances is not expected to survive until hearing in June 2024, unless the ACT Department of Prosecutions drop the charges and financially compensate Gray-Grzeszkiewicz so he could attend to his injuries and repair his financial losses over the result of the conditions put in place. According to online information in relation to starvation, globally, the action taken upon Gray-Grzeszkiewicz by the ACT Department of Prosecutions is recognised as Method Of Prosecution by Starvation, an Act of Warfare taken upon citizens with the final result and outcome of death, resulting in murder.
The intentions of harming Gray-Grzeszkiewicz by the Department of Prosecutions were put into spotlight on October 30, 2023 when Justice Robert Cook (Former Defence Attorney of the Royal Australian Air Force) of the ACT Magistrates Court sided with the ACT Department of Prosecutions not to amend the bail conditions even though the concerns had been raised upon application to amend the conditions due to the severity and hardship crippling Gray-Grzeszkiewicz to carry out a normal day to day life routine, including causing him financial loss which is referred to as mobbing and the ability to maintain his health during the period.
If Gray-Grzeszkiewicz dies before hearing in June 2024, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz will be the first known former Australian Citizen, legally deceased person who had died by forced starvation caused by forced conditions placed upon him by the ACT Magistrates Court and the ACT Department of Prosecutions in Australia.

Conspiracies of Murder has been raised due to the coincidental appearance of Justice Robert Cook and his Royal Australian Air Force background dating back between 1976 to 1996, a twenty year Royal Australian Air Force career and a former defence lawyer. Justice Robert Cook formally specialised in work, health and safety which contradicts the decision made not to uplift or amend the bail condition for Gray-Grzeszkiewicz which is originally why the application to amend the conditions was made, health and safety.
An anonymous complaint was made to Australia's Crime Stoppers, an independent body similar to that of the United Kingdom informing of pornography being provided to minors in 1999. The Crime Stoppers network is part of the justice.gov.au system, which is also linked to Australian Courts and other intelligence branches and is suspected of being looked into, but ignored due to the controversy that would arise from it, jeopardising the reputation of the Royal Australian Air Force, The Crown and the Governor-General’s Office due to the close links of person(s) including two Order of Australia Merits which are in close range to another Child Sex Abuse allegation within the Commonwealth, possibly re-opening the wounds of the Governor-General Hollingsworth scandal and its lack of transparency to the general public in its investigation into the misconduct which exposes more children, other then the one.
Because Gray-Grzeszkiewicz has been registered as deceased since 2005, an attempt on his existence would be very convenient, that if Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was sentenced to prison and disappeared there would be no trail of evidence that Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was even alive in 2024 except for what witnesses would account for, and due to the surviving documentation, a murder plot would work as the body of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz could easily be disposed of as an unknown identity, and any external public enquiry would only have the remaining surviving documentation dating back to 2005 then be stamped Top Secret to halt any further investigation to a murder in relation to child sexual abuse dating back to the 1990’s.
It has been concluded that the course of action taken by the Australian Federal Police, ACT Department of Prosecutions and Justice Robert Cook is working in the best interest of the Commonwealths reputation, rather then serving any justice, to silence citizen(s) or person(s) dead or alive of any knowledge of government related sex abuse scandals, and punish them through pain and suffering. This has been demonstrated by the ACT Magistrates Court and ACT Department of Prosecutions course of action and attitude towards Gray-Grzeszkiewicz, who has framed him dangerous though Gray-Grzeszkiewicz spends most evenings attending his pet Trichosurus Vulpecula’s.
Another anticipation has been raised that if Gray-Grzeszkiewicz dies from starvation, a law suit for compensation due to negligence would result in enormous financial compensation which would be placed in an unknown trust to be spent by the trustee’s who are rubbing their hands waiting for retirement at hand. VICTIM OF AUSTRALIAN NAZI IDEOLOGY – Prejudice and Injustice.
In recent times there has been concerns in the rise of German Nazi ideologies within Australia, nationally and locally. Whilst growing up in the 1990’s, there was little notice of Nazi behaviour but recently due to the circumstances revolving around Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s childhood indicates that “Nazism” has been present internally in the local and federal Australian Police since the 1990’s causing a Prejudice and Injustice against Gray-Grzeszkiewicz due to his Polish ancestry, including his chosen religion at birth of Catholicism.

Like the Germans during World War II, Police have behaved in an unhealthy interest in fair skinned and fair haired citizens, this is especially obvious when observing the recruitment of the Australian Police who are noticeably fair haired and fair skinned person(s) employed within the Police service. During World War II, surviving Poles who witnessed and experienced the German invasion of Poland in 1939 accounted that not only were Poles required to have a picture of Adolf Hitler in every Poles home, but many reported that German officers would take forcibly blonde haired and blue eyed children away from their homes and parents back to Germany which later was discovered was part of an Aryan Race Building and brain washing program lead by the German Nazi Party.
Coincidentally, new “Consent Laws” which are being influenced by heads of the Australian Police, will give power to Government Authorities to charge and sentence a child at birth at the cut of the umbilical chord due to accusations can be made that the born child had caused bodily harm and assault to the mother without consent, causing marks and injury, resulting in the child being removed from the custody of the parent, by law.
Alongside the new “Consent” campaign, there have also been direct allegations that the Australian Family Court in Canberra employ child perpetrators or known as paedophiles who prey on the broken family, targeting possible future victims of child sex abuse due to the internal knowledge of the address, age and marital status of the home of interest, the Australian Family Court has not denied any of the accusations.
Historically, there is a link from a chain of events that speculate that the Australian Courts work alongside with Police and Military Authorities to target children at a disadvantage for some unnatural gain, may it be due to sexual satisfaction or financial. Either way there has been historically an unhealthy and concerning attention brought upon the Police and the Courts in their involvement in private family affairs, where there are no laws granting their personal inputs as there are no official examples or guides of what the Australian Family should be under the eyes of the law. The Law appears, through the power of the court and authorities to have the ability to disassemble a family, then enforce laws preventing any form of attempt to reassemble, giving evidence that Australian Laws now have the ability to control an Australian Family, given the right circumstances.

Further evidence of a prejudice and injustice has occurred against Gray-Grzeszkiewicz that on the November 14, 2023 the ACT Department of Prosecutions without informing Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had added and pressed an additional charge four weeks after the arrest without notice. The ACT Department of Prosecution presented the charge in the ACT Magistrates Court informing they had not informed Gray-Grzeszkiewicz of their actions but were adding the additional charge as a “back up”, this was accepted by the ACT Magistrates Court even though withholding information traditionally is viewed as a form of harassment.
As of February 2024, the local Police have not conducted any interviews with Gray-Grzeszkiewicz that have raised another prejudice and injustice has occurred again through acts of sexual discrimination by the ACT Police.
In 2017, the Royal Commission for Child Sex Abuse had concluded its investigation and had highlighted in an unofficial public release on the Internet that it had concerns about the Australian Federal Police, especially the New South Police’s general understanding of what Child Sexual Abuse actually was, as the New South Wales Police demonstrated that it didn’t acknowledge complaints nor conduct fair and professional investigations which could have led the Police into retaliation against Gray-Grzeszkiewicz when questions arose about the events between 1999-2001 in Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s life.

It is suspected that prejudice against the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family started occurring when local Police took a personal dis-taste in Polish Catholic immigration, siding quietly with German Nazi ideology that Poles are ancestrally “German” and was some form of “Cousin” or “Little Brother” of “Big Germany” and that the Poles had no injustice caused upon them during World War II. This point of view continues on today in 2024 where Germany openly and publicly refuses to pay World War II repercussions to Poland for the destruction of cities during the invasion in 1939 because the German Government states that this was at fault by “Adolf Hitler” and not the “German Peoples”, therefor taking no liability or responsibility.
In today’s Australian culture, there is a belief within and amongst many Australians that they have German Ancestry, even though there is documented evidence released by the Commonwealth that most early Australians are the offspring of British Convicts, convicted of horrible and inhuman crimes, incest and suspected inbreeding. Australians have a belief Australia is becoming the victim of a Zionist and Jewish conspiracy’s to “Multi-Cultivate” Australia turning Australia slowly into a Communist Government, therefor the rise of Nazi Ideology has grown as historically Nazism is the opposing force against Communism. Even though in an Australian Democracy, citizens have had the power to make changes or not, the Australian Government and its bodies have made changes over the decade which has left most Australian living in a delusion and fighting in a “No Man’s Land” scenario, where if your not on the right side, your the enemy. It also appears to favour “Caucasian Australians” in its priority of public service.
In 2020, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had been approached externally by an Australian who characteristically exposed themselves as a form of advocate for Germans and German Nazi Ideology, who was suspected of having links into the Australian Federal Police and Local ACT Police. This obviously later backfired when Gray-Grzeszkiewicz took it as personal insult that anyone expected Gray-Grzeszkiewicz to side with World War II German politics, especially considering the death of his Grandfather on September, 1939 who was a Polish Military Officer who died protecting his family and country from German invaders - Stanislaw Grzeszkiewicz.
Political Repercussions for Australia due to the Starvation of Citizens.
History shows that when a country and it’s Government begin inflicting starvation methods upon citizens, shortly military invasion follows. Over history starvation has been one of the reasons for many dictatorial and communist countries which placed themselves in the firing line, have resulted in finding themselves in conflict with Western Countries for example the United States of America.

Saddam Hussein was the former President and Prime Minister of Iraq who was accused of murdering the citizens of Iraq and carrying out acts of cruelty through methods of torture and starvation. The United States of America then invaded Iraq removing him from power. It was recorded that Saddam Hussien was executed by hanging in 2006.
North Korea and China have been politically accused of starving its citizens, and history shows in World War II that Joseph Stalin starved many Russian citizens and Russia’s military personnel which lead to backlash. Like slavery, starvation methods are put in by force by those abusing their positions within the political and justice system, in an ultimate goal to control people. Australia, being considered for three decades as the possible solution for an Asian food bowl has no reason to apply such measures on any citizen.
The actions carried out by the Australian Federal Police, ACT Magistrates Court and ACT Department of Prosecutions have demonstrated dishonesty and hypocrisy when considering that most of Australian overseas involvement in conflicts in Asia and the Middle-East with the United States of America are based solely to free a countries citizens from enslavement which has been placed upon the citizens through acts of terrorism which has led to starvation methods carried out upon its people. More then half the reasons over the past four decades, military involvement and conflicts have continued between the West, Middle-East, Asia and East are to disarm a government which causes suffering upon its people, for example Saddam Hussein of Iraq. Because of the measures put into place in 2023 on Gray-Grzeszkiewicz that carryout to 2024, it proves that the Australian justice system has no value to what the west is trying you achieve overseas, proving that overseas political conflict by use of deadly force is questionable as we carry out similar measures of our foes overseas back at home on Australian soil which has led Australia to being nothing more then the battle for being the greater or two evils.
In World War II, Japan has been criticized over decades of generations of Australians for how mistreated Australian prisoners of War were treated, that to the point of death through starvation. United States Of America – “Shut Out” by Australian Government.
Due to the complaints which relate to the Child Sexual Abuse, of the five minors commencing in 1999, the Australian Government has by its move on Gray-Grzeszkiewicz has “Shut Out” the United States of America from completing any formal investigation in relation to two American Citizens who were victims during Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s early life (pre-death).
One victim is currently serving in the United States Army. The other has family in the United States of America, but no knowledge is known if the other victim still resides in Australia.
This might lead to the beginning of the end of the Australian and United States alliance as it has been a demonstration of how Australia works to conceal the truth, even if it evolves American Citizens. The alliance is based on trust and co-operation between the two countries, but if concealing the truth is best conducted through the Method of Prosecution by starvation upon citizens, commonly referred to as an action taken upon a Communist system, then Australia might need to find new allies, as it would be likely that any falling out between the United States of America and Australia, would lead to the demise to the Japanese Australian alliance as the Japanese would naturally follow its biggest ally, the United States of America in a move and push away from Communism.
Options for Australian Federal Government (Compensation)
Because Gray-Grzeszkiewicz has been registered as deceased, the Government has little option other than to pay enormous compensation to Gray-Grzeszkiewicz so he would be able to employee a personal doctor, assistant, driver, legal advisory, residence, office and any other needs he may require because he is now outside the Governments public service system. For example, Medicare is inaccessible which is Australia’s health care system, because controversially Gray-Grzeszkiewicz doesn’t have Australian Citizenship due to the Federal Governments incompetence until they have a legal legislation that would reinstate Gray-Grzeszkiewicz back into Australian Society.
The expectation for a likely legal outcome would take absolute years and cost tax payers a tremendous amounts of money to have public servants work through how to bring back someone after eighteen years back to “life”.
The other option would be again for enormous compensation for Gray-Grzeszkiewicz to start a new life overseas, and overtime obtain and citizenship in a foreign country and return to Australia slowly through Visa’s, then after sometime apply for a citizenship in Australia. Together this process could take up to ten years minimum to complete, and of course puts Gray-Grzeszkiewicz out of his home country simply due to documentation, this would be historical when putting “hardship” circumstances caused under Government negligence.
Finally the Federal Government would have to pardon Gray-Grzeszkiewicz, and push the ACT Department of Prosecutions to drop the charges and pursue more serious matters which affect Australians and the future of Australia on a day to day basis which are more important then accusations which relate to a domestic occurrences that led to no hospitalisation of serious injury or injury as there is no evidence to suggest any injury had been caused by Gray-Grzeszkiewicz.
THE USUAL SUSPECTS.

The Attorney-Generals Office appointed Justice Robert Cook in 2013 according to a Canberra Times article. The recent actions of Justice Robert Cook with the ACT Department of Prosecutions put questions up in relation to what the true intentions are of the Attorney-General's Office when seeking and serving justice upon citizens within the Commonwealth of Australia.
Amongst Justice Cook, a number of additional persons have been highlighted questioning the integrity of the Attorney-General's Office as it had previously employed Gray-Grzeszkiewicz's mother's partners biological daughter. The Attorney-General's Office works directly with the Australian Security Intelligence Organization, therefore another concern is in relation to the security clearance methods used to employ person(s) who have relatives accused of Child Sexual Abuse commencing in the year 2000-2001, and do the actions taken place around the arrest of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz reflect a prejudice against Gray-Grzeszkiewicz by the Attorney-General's Office.
Childhood friend of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz, Matteus Kaczmarek had made a claim that he had been employed by the Australian Security Intelligence Organization including his close friend Tristan Webber who at the time worked for the Australian Federal Police, obtained a position in the Australian Intelligence Organization (ASIO) shortly after the tragic death and drowning of friend Wayne Howell in 2012, who died by drowning whilst on his employment contract at Christmas Island. The media reported it was an accidental drowning and that two other employees had attempted to call for help but had no mobile phone reception, however what the media didn't report was that Wayne Howell months prior to his death confessed that he had engaged in sexual intercourse with his schoolteacher twice when he was aged 13, in the presence of Matteus Kaczmarek and Tristan Webber at the Southern Cross Club located at Woden, Canberra.
According to Matteus Kaczmarek and Tristan Webber who were close friends of Wayne Howell, the story at the time of death is different to that of what the media reported. Tristan Webber, Matteus Kaczmarek and friends of Wayne Howell had been informed around the time of death that Wayne had gotten up early in the morning to go fishing at the rocks on Christmas Island. He had also gone alone. It was concluded that Wayne had gone too far and due to his lack of experience judging the tide, was swept away by a wave and drowned. Coincidentally, Wayne Howell also could not swim and had regular arguments with one of his previous girlfriends. When combining Wayne Howells confession, and his inability to swim the death is fairly suspicious, not to mention non of Wayne Howells friends were interviewed by the Australian Police and Wayne Howell also resided for a long term period at Matteus Kaczmarek's parents residence of 6 Brady place, Garran, Canberra.
Matteus Kaczmarek was also acquainted with Wal Komar going back to the 1990's and had been employed into the same building where Wal Komar had been employed by Unisys Corporation around the time of Wayne Howells death, now when connecting the dots, the links to a number of child sexual abuse confessions and complaints amongst suspicious deaths are clearly visible.

The KOMAR Family
The KOMAR family go back to 1999 and have a history associating with the GRAY-GRZESZKIEWICZ family. Wal Komar is a suspected perpetrator of children due the witnessed confessions and sexual suggestions going back to the late 1990s, he would qualify as one but isn't to date accused of one, therefore isn't one. Piotre (Pete) Komar the eldest brother of Wal Komar is a qualified lawyer and enlisted in the Royal Australian Air force who was trained at the Wagga Wagga Air force base which around the same time the priest who had provided restricted pornography to minors on private property was based.

Piotre (Pete) Komar also had openly confessed to being on a $1 AUD million dollar a year salary with possible tax free benefits whilst flying Australian politicians around for a number of years, the salary is more then twice the average salary of a more experienced senior Qantas commercial pilot and there are questions if this is a special rate for possible favors carried out.
Amongst the connections, the final connection is that the mother of Wal, Kathy and Piotre Komar was having a sexual relationship with a local priest confessed by Wal Komar who is suspected of being the same priest who was welcoming himself on private properties to sexually educate minors around commencing in the year 1999.

The Australian Catholic Church of Goulburn & Canberra is suspected as the priest who was engaged in a sexual relationship with the Komar Mother, was a Polish-Catholic priest who was communicating between Canberra and the Wagga Wagga Air Force base during the commencement of his engagement of minors.

In 1997, Gray-Grzeszkiewicz had attended a Holy Pilgrimage with Father Wally Stefanski who was highly regarded by the Australian Liberal Party of the late 1990’s who had provided donations to Father Wally Stefanski in excess of over $100,000 Australian Dollars. Less then two years after returning from overseas in 1999 Gray-Grzeszkiewicz alongside his school friends had fallen victim to child sexual abusers by the hands of Catholic Priests and Australian Defence Force personnel.

Governor General Hollingsworth is suspected of having a relative who went to school with Gray-Grzeszkiewicz by the name of Ewen Hollingsworth who was Vice-Captain of Canberra Grammar School. Dr. Hollingsworth has been criticized by the Australian Public that he had knowledge of children being sexually abused and the investigation was publicized as only covering one victim, however there are five victims and 4 had attended the same school as Governor-General Hollingsworth unconfirmed relative during the same years.

This links two Governor-Generals of Australia who had ties to the private boys school around the year 2000 which are linked to complaints of child sexual abuse, with ties also to the Australian Defence Force such as the Australian Army, Royal Australian Air Force and Royal Australian Navy.
Governor-General Hurley, who is currently serving as the Governor-General of Australia as of 2024 was appointed from his long serving career with the Australian Defence Force (ARMY) where this is a link to his predecessor, ex Governor-General Cosgrove who is also a long serving career personnel from the Australian Defence Force (ARMY).
This concludes links of three Governor-General’s of Australia who are linked to the Australian Defence Force, Governor-Generals Office and the Private School for Boys (Canberra Boys Grammar) going back twenty five years regarding complaints of child sexual abuse commencing in 1999.
Dr. Miklos Pohl was awarded the Order Of Australia in 2003 by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace, London England. Due to security clearances there would be no reason the Intelligence Network would not be aware of the ties between Pohl and Gray-Grzeszkiewicz which there is little room for doubt there was internal knowledge already about the sexual abuse and it was played upon rather then acted upon to stop it as early as 1999.
Governor-General Cosgrove was appointed as Governor-General of Australia after Hollingsworth, had a presence at the private boys school. Photo evidence shows Governor-General Cosgrove was attending the private boys school from the Year 2000 during the active years of the sexual abuse.
Australian Federal Police, ACT Police & NSW Police
The Australian Federal Police and ACT Police have a history of torture through their mistreatment of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz as a minor in his early life (pre-death) on two counts.
The Australian Federal Police had knowledge that minors had been abused on the property when it was addressed by one of the mother’s of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s friends (Garguilo) in 2002-2003 who is believed to have raised it with the local Police at the Garguilo home residence of 58 Brereton Street, Garran ACT 2605 after Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was suspected of causing damage to their family home.
The Bradley Street, Woden Police Station that held Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz for over eight hours, a form of torture committed on a minor which occurred on two counts between 1998-2003. Later the Police Station was converted into a drug and alcohol clinic after the year 2005.
The NSW Police is suspected of playing its role as Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s mother’s partner who had provided pornography to the property through satellite television had a long standing friendship and business relationship with an ex-NSW Police Officer who later commenced a career as CEO of Aristocrat Gaming Technologies, that has been witnessed as stating has no problems with paedophiles, complimenting the Royal Commissions investigation in child sexual abuse where comments were made in relation to the NSW Police and their understanding and handling of Child Sexual Abuse within the state of NSW, Australia.
Lachlan Knowles now Detective Lachlan Knowles of the Queensland Police was also a fellow student of Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz & Michael Tracey at Canberra Grammar Boys School.
The ACT Police and Australian Federal Police also have conducted shared property business dealings with the mother's partner of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz who introduced pornography to 121 Gilmore Cresent, Garran in 2000-2001 who purchased the Australian Federal Police College of 9 Brisbane avenue, Barton ACT 2600 for $8 AUD million dollars prior to 2005 and sold the property again for $16 AUD million dollars some years later. The second property has a link to the house Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was arrested from which was built by Project Co-Ordination who also built the new Woden Police Station. By the two properties, there are now links with the mother's partner with the Australian Federal Police displaying that the ACT Police and Australian Federal Police conduct business with person(s) who had complaints raised in relation to child sexual abuse against them, in this case was the mother's partner.
Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF)
The Royal Australian Air Force has ties into the sex abuse complaints due to the Komar Family and “The Priest”. Piotre (Pete) Komar is the eldest brother of Wal Komar of Australia and their mother openly was having a sexual relationship with a priest suspected of being a Catholic Priest located at the Wagga Wagga Air Force base, the same priest who targeted Gray-Grzeszkiewicz and his friends in 1999.
Between 1976-1996, Justice Robert Cook had served as a Defence Attorney for the Royal Australian Defence Force. This comes in at 3 years prior the commencement of the sexual abuse of minors, and 4 years before the Hollingsworth scandal had commenced. In the the 1990’s, the Royal Australian Air Force experienced a training accident where one of its military fighter jets resulted into the death of the fighter pilot, after the pilot had followed incorrect coordinates placed into the aircraft navigation system during a training exercise at which was carried out at night, crashed his F-18 into a hill out in the Australian outback leaving a wife and children. It was found this was due to the negligence of the Royal Australian Air Force and the widow of the pilot applied for financial compensation to assist her children who were now fatherless and without substantial income to support her and her children.
Justice Robert Cook (2013)
The widow was victimised according to sources in Canberra where the Royal Australian Air Force and the Australian Defence Force engaged in harassing the widow of the pilot to accepting whatever was offered by the RAAF as compensation as the Australian Defence Force and Royal Australian Air Force had been working to conceal the accident from the Australian public, due to the millions of dollars lost of tax payers money which was estimated at over $30,000,000 AUD in the early 1990’s due to incompetence which should not have happened due to the investment in the training that resulted in the loss of life of one of Australia’s Fighter Pilots alongside with the multi-million dollar aircraft.
Robert Cook is suspected of being one of the Defence Attorney’s who defended the Royal Australian Defence Force against the widow of the pilot of “No Wrong Doing” assisting in a cover up concealed from the public exposing the Royal Australian Air Force’s incompetence resulting in death and significant financial loss. Robert Cook was employed by the Attorney-Generals Office in 2013, the Attorney-General overlooks intelligence groups such as the Australian Security Intelligence Organization and Robert Cook is high lighted as a person with integrity who has skilled experience in workers safety and compensation throughout his career, this contradicts his actions and questions if Robert Cook has any integrity if he is linked to the cover up of the early 1990’s, and why the Attorney-General would select Robert Cook as the best person to serve justice in civil matters.
Royal Australian Navy
The Royal Australian Navy has a position amongst the scandal due to one of the victims relatives was also a long serving career Australian Defence Force personnel. Romano Garguilo was recruited by the Royal Australian Navy and had knowledge of the sex tapes on the property, this was confirmed by Joshua Garguilo who had confessed he was not allowed to visit his friend’s Gray-Grzeszkiewicz because of the “Sex Tapes”. Romano Garguilo had access to the Australian Defence Force’s Australian Military Police who, if acted upon would have discovered the misconducts.

WILDER Family
Biata Wilder who was a close friend of the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family since the early 1990’s obtained her last name from her first husband who was an Australian Opal Dealer. She later re-married and has a daughter Agatha who currently is a Doctor. Biata Wilder was a long time friend of Valdec the priest and is suspected of knowing about his actions dating back to when it first commenced in 1999.

Biata Wilder also moved to be closer to the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family in the Suburb of Garran where her parents now reside. The Wilder home is only separated by a small park with a children's playground to the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family home.
ACT Magistrates Court
Athol Morris who is/was a referee in the ACT Magistrates Court was also the Family Lawyer of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s mother in approximately 1998, one year before complaints had been made about the sex tapes. Athol Morris isn’t a suspected sexual perpetrator of children however he knew the Gray-Grzeszkiewicz family and sources found on his linkedin page links him to the Komar family which speculate his relationship with the Komar family and his knowledge of the pornography tapes being brought to the family home, during a time where there had been temporary visiting restraints placed on Gray-Grzeszkiewicz’s father which Athol Morris would be knowledgeable of as he was present of the decision in the Family Court Canberra.
Athol Morris (2001) was the divorce lawyer between 1998-1999 for
Gray-Grzeszkiewicz's mother and is also suspected to be associated to the
Komar Family and having knowledge of the Child Sexual Abuse commencing in
1999. Athol Morris is the ACT Jewish Community Leader as of 2023.
It is possible that Athol Morris has no knowledge of what had been occurring in the household, there is no evidence to suggest Athol Morris had any knowledge at all. However his relationship with the Komar family would have to be established and if he knew anything about the events taking place commencing in 1999.
Athol Morris as of 2023 on his linkedin page is the ACT Jewish Community Leader, the events taken place revolving around Gray-Grzeszkiewicz in 2023 to 2024 may lead to religious controversies in the Jewish Community as Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is suspected of being victimised by the ACT Police who some internally have Nazi ideological beliefs and had been rejected by Gray-Grzeszkiewicz after discovering his Polish roots and friends and family of Hungarian Jewish Ancestry such as Dr. Miklos Pohl.
Polish Catholics are often criticised for hiding Jews during World War II by “Pro German” “Pro Nazi” Australians who are present within the Australian Federal Police and ACT Police, especially in the German Club located in the suburb of Narrabundah, Canberra which is observed and suspected as a Nazi Nest for Australian Nazi believers, many of them Australian Police and Australian Public Servants working within the Police intelligence networks.

There is currently enough evidence to claim that the arrest of Gray-Grzeszkiewicz was a prejudice and injustice served upon him, fuelled by religious and ethnic discrimination by the Australian Police dating back to the 1990s, who exercised their powers to punish those who do not agree with the Australian Police and their political views of current day to day Australia. Alot of Australian Police think they know better, even though they only injure a two year training course to obtain a Diploma of Police practice.
Arrest (Life After Death) Legal Arguments affecting Australians.
Black Skin VS White Skin:
Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is accused of leaving marks, caused by throwing of a liquid substance onto a victim. The Police and the ACT Department of Prosecutions are claiming that it is an offence and considered an assault where red marks are left on the victim (without consent). It is also considered that a single drop of water qualifies for being physical assault even if red marks are not left (including a tap on the wrist), this has been confirmed by Gray-Grzeszkiewicz's criminal lawyer supplied by ACT's Legal Aid who obtain approval from funds from the Attorney-Generals Office.
There is no video footage of the assault, but a second witness. Secondly, there is no evidence to suggest that the liquid actually caused the light pink red marks because as speculated, nor that the liquid actually hit the victim because there is no confirmed video footage, which the marks disappeared shortly after. Nor is there any submission into the local hospital for treatment of the injury or an ambulance called which is vital as there would be a qualified diagnosis and assessment of injury which would have been obtained. There is no confirmation within the ACT Legislation under the crimes act 1900 that water is in fact dangerous, considering police have demonstrated using water cannons during protests on civilians.
There is speculation, that if the Australian Federal Police and Department Of Prosecutions continue with the charges, that person(s) with dark pigment will be unable to make claims for assault of minor offences were marks will not obviously show (causing doubt), compared to those with light pigment where redness easily appears depending on skin sensitivity, such as person(s) who are photosynthetic will turn red simply by genetics and medical conditions of the skin. The concerns are that person(s) with dark pigment will be unfairly treated by the Australian Police, based on personal non-qualified assessments of injury, causing ethnic and racial tensions in the community constructed by the ACT Department Of Prosecutions which then lead into discrimination complaints and claims. This also may lead to religious claims (and the end of religion), as priests who carryout Christian Baptism will qualify for assault charges including Jewish Rabbis who conducts Bar Mitzvah's which would qualify under 1 x aggravated assault and 1 x bodily harm resulting in seven years imprisonment. At this stage people are concerned if the Australian Federal Police will carry arrests out upon Christian priests and Jewish Rabbis who carried out Baptism and Bar Mitzvah's from October 2023 to now, without consent.

After the “Black Lives Matter” protests in Australia, there is a risk of ethnic groups will raise protests against the Police on how they measure injuries between dark and light pigment injuries which there is no known official form of measurement available to determine how the Police actually assess injuries, without professional medical qualification. None of the Police involved are known to have any form of medical qualification, neither the prosecutors who originally assessed the injuries before proceeding to pursue charges against Gray-Grzeszkiewicz. It appears to be a game of “personal opinion” and there are many different opinions what is and what isn’t considered assault in Australia today, especially amongst different generations.

Assault By Consent – Australia’s Children at risk of prosecution – Beware:
Water bomb fights, Nerf Guns, Sport Injuries including use of toy water pistols are considered assault where person(s) do not consent to the assault. The ACT Department of Prosecutions, ACT Magistrates Court and Australian Federal Police argue that a ‘drop of water’ on a person without consent is considered a criminal offence which is punishable of three years imprisonment per offence, this means Australian Children who are not educated in new consent measures are at risk of committing criminal offences and being prosecuted for what was once considered ‘playing’ by previous generations and serving time in a juvenile jail at risk of being sexually abused. Remember to consent before commencing to play “ball” and “contact” sports just in case an Australian Police officer is present, suspiciously watching a children’s game because it could be the last time your son or daughter will ever kick a ball, for a while.
The defensive argument is that if a “drop” of water and a "tap" on the wrist is considered an assault without consent (mark or no marks), then who do you charge assault for rain caused by the weather that hits a person without consent? God or Mother Nature.
The argument continues, if Australia will require to consent then this could include Australians will require to consent for example the local swimming pool owner before jumping into the pool as this would qualify as assault, including personal gardening sprinkling systems that are set by the owner of the property to start spraying water where a pedestrian is hit without consent. The owner of the sprinkling system will be at risk of being charged for assault, and will have to defend themselves by claiming accident which is counter attacked by accusation of recklessness.
“He was reckless for setting the time at 5:30pm for the sprinkling system to start, which water hit a pedestrian who was walking past his property on the way home from work. The pedestrian called the Police and claimed they had been assaulted by the owner via his sprinkling system without consent. The owner claimed he had no knowledge the pedestrian was present and it was an accident, the prosecution claimed the owner of the home was reckless and should have known better and should have placed a sign or set the sprinkling system to a much later time. The owner was found guilty for assault due to recklessness.”
Scenario One - Sex : Consent before sexual intercourse? Forget to consent before you start and you could be facing sexual assault charges in Australia if a single red mark appears. It may have been nothing between you and your partner all this time (Who said rape?), only natural for slight redness somewhere located on the body has always been considered something as part of the love making process, but red cheeks from blushing too hard could lead your partner in facing years in prison if the Police ever found out because if you didn’t consent you were in fact, assaulted. That includes laughing too hard, it may cause pain and injury including redness in the cheeks which could be considered a form of assault if you didn’t consent to the joke that was told.
Scenario Two - Workplace Relations : Did you boss make you mad today? Did you get red in the face? You could be in a position to call the Police and press charges on your boss for leaving marks on your face which was caused by something they said, through their breath.
Scenario Three - Get Back At Someone You Hate : Slap yourself in the face and blame it on someone you hate, last time you’ll see them for a while.
“John wanted to get back at his boss who had dark pigment, he slapped his boss and slapped himself and accused his boss to the Police for assault. The Police saw minor red marks on John’s cheeks, but nothing on his boss. The Police charged John’s boss for assault. The court herd John claim it was a hate crime, John’s boss was found guilty for hate crime related assault.”
There are plentiful situations for many generations of Australians to get themselves or someone else into a serious amount of trouble without realizing it, and now the legal system only has the power to drop the charges, due to their power of their own opinion.
Due to the range of circumstances, and lack of standard in regards into measurements in assessment of injury, it will basically come down to “who” will believe you and the odds are its all set up against you.
End of Jewish and Christian Faiths
The end of religion in Australian may be upon Australians in 2024, especially of Jewish and Christian faiths if the ACT Department of Prosecutions continue to go forward to press charges against Gray-Grzeszkiewicz. This would be because a new standard will be set as of June 2024 most definitely that a "drop of water" and "tap on the wrist" is an assault unless there is consent. Due to 12 month year old babies unable to consent, there are no laws in place that would allow a legal parent or guardian to consent on behalf of a minor for what is considered by the Australian Police and ACT department of prosecutions as assault, therefor Jewish Bar Mitzvahs and Christian Baptism will require to be made illegal until the person(s) are the legal adult age of 18 when they can decide for themselves and legally consent to the religious tradition of Jewish or Christian ceremony.

Top Secret Agent : Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is a Secret Agent with a lost identity? False. Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz is not a secret agent nor has ever been. Nor has been an informant to any Government or Police authority.
Hidden Fortune: False. There is no evidence of a Hidden Fortune. But there is suspected of 18 years of unclaimed inheritance incurring interest. Including hundreds of years of accumulated assets in Europe and Overseas as you would imagine “Dracula” secretly would have, this is estimated not only in the millions, but hundreds of millions if not billions due to the current land and property market value. Mathew Lyneham is the son of well known Australian politician Paul Lyneham of the 1990s who died of lung-cancer on the 15th Birthday of Jerzy Gray-Grzeszkiewicz, November 24, 2000.

This very special, unmolested and original 2001 Ford XR8 AU Series III Auto is now up for sale by its current owner of the last ten years. Whilst it has repairable imperfections this example has been exceptionally mechanically maintained by its current owner being a long time Ford enthusiast including all major preventive maintenance work carried out over the last four years at official Ford Dealerships within the ACT, exceeding over five thousand dollars to up keep it in almost as new smooth drivability, which includes original dealer sale documents and factory / dealer books commencing 16.10.2002.

Being 1 of 93 (matching numbers) Narooma Blue Ford XR8 AU Series III built according to Ford Australia, this is suspected of being one of very few in original condition left in Australia. Sold in 2001 for the sum of $43,500 to a ALAN G & LIJANA LIVINGSTONE of the Australian Capital Territory by dealership John McGrath Ford on the 16.10.2002.
This 2001 Ford Falcon XR8 AU III since it sale in 2001 has remained in the Australian Capital Territory with its original license plate still registered and attached to the vehicle all of its life and has remained serviced by the dealership (John McGrath Ford Phillip) it was sold by and throughout majority of its life records displayed up to the year 2020 the car was still registered under ALAN G & LIJANA LIVINGSTONE with John McGraths Ford Service department, before it was updated to its current owner.

To our knowledge the car has only changed hands to two private owners (One who owned it for 13 years and the current 10 years) with two car dealerships in between private owners all within the Australian Capital Territory.
The Owner / Vehicle identification booklet that is included in the sale, displays that Owner’s at the time of sale was ALAN G & LIJANA LIVINGSTONE, the selling dealer was McGrath Canberra PTY LTD with the dealer code 2214 and the service manager was a Mr. Tony Lowe and service advisor was Mc. Terry Stinson in 2001, with the sales person according to the Ford Satisfaction Plus Delivery Checklist being N.GAY on the 16.10.2002.

Between the last service in 2020 to date, the John McGrath Ford dealership changed hands to KIA and the vehicle has been privately serviced including annual oil changes of Mobil One as per the manufacturers recommendation and has seen little use covering less then 15,000km in 4 years and is currently sitting on just under 130,000km (129,600km) with no faults of leaks noted.
The car has been expected by a qualified mechanic who made comments on how clean the engine was by the inspection of oil and how the car performed without any signs of misuse and abuse as the car performed with instant torque and throttle response. This car receives constant compliments in relation to how it performs and presents itself, mainly due to is history of mature drivers who have both been Ford Enthusiast.
Amongst having a stable and documented service history, the additional work has been carried out that contribute to its smoothness as Ford advertised the 220KW hand built 5.0 litre V8 of being, and they are as follows;
During the 120,000km service the additional work was carried out by John McGrath Ford by the instruction of the owner as preventative maintenance and performance upgrade.
- Flush Brake Fluid (Replaced Fluid and Bleed System)
- Flush Coolant (Carried out cooling system flush, replaced coolant, antifreeze)
- Replacement of Front and Rear Brake Rotors. (done less then 15,000km)
- Replacement of Drive Belt (Gates Racing Belt and Pullies Kit) and idler
- Replacement of 8 spark plus (NGK)
- Installation of MSD Ignition Coils
- Installation of Eagle Ignition Leads (done at 96,000km)
- Replacement for new Automatic Belt Tensioner
- Installation of new battery
- New wiper blades
- New Air Cleaner
- Drivers side lock / motor replaced.
- Two new genuine Ford Central Locking Remotes (Configured)

The invoiced total for the service was $2,513.00 exclusive of parts supplied by the owner such as slotted front rotors, MSD ignition Coils, Eagle ignition leads and Gates Racing Belt and Pullies Kit. The word to describe this fords performance is “Smooth & Fast” averaging about 425km around town which is impressive for a 23 years old Ford Windsor V8 4 speed Auto and 700-800km easily on long distance travel as reported by the owner.
Included in the sale amongst service books and sale documentation there is also rare spare parts included in the sale that has a estimated value of $5,000.00 and they are;
- Spare Front Bumper in Narooma Blue. Needs to be resprayed, very hard to find.
- Original XR8 floor mats. (Almost impossible to find in the current market)
- Third part Ford Tickford logo floor mats (From Melbourne - New)
- Left and Right set up lights. Valued at $1500.00 for set. (Only going up in value).
- Front Engine Under tray (Attaches to bumped, works as a wind deflector. Almost impossible to find, is torn like most but can be repaired according to panel beaters).
- Gates Thermostat
- Set of upper and lower radiator and engine hoses including assorted engine hoses by Gates and Genuine Ford.
- Original XR8 AU Tickford Engine Top Cover ($1500-$2000) without broken hinges, except one side which has slightly broken off by can still be securely bolted to the engine a skilled plastics professional may be able to fix this, this is very common majority of 220KW AU Fords have broken covers. It ss currently off to preserve the top engine cover.)
- Original spare wheel and jack.
- New Genuine front light protectors. (Can be for sale at times of $400.00).
The expected value of the spare and genuine parts to buy (if you could find) would cost between $5000-$6000 under the current market and economic conditions such as postage charges for a front bumper would be very expensive and not included in the estimate. Parts such as lights for 1970’s Ford Falcon’s have been commented by collectors cost are in the thousands and thousands (not repaired) and that’s when they appear for sale. So the parts listed above by the time this car gets to Historic grade in about six years, will be expensive. One panel beater informed that on a previous XR8 the front bumper was quoted almost $12,000 to have replaced and repaired, so spares are essential.
Condition Of Vehicle (Interior, mechanical and exterior)
The Good & Bad (With as much detail as possible):
Bad : (As expected with a twenty three year old car in original condition).
1) Front Bumper (Both) needs to be repaired by professional with experience on these cars.
2) Tickford Alloy Wheels (Original) could use a refurbishment, has slight gutter rash as expected with a twenty year old car. Up to new owner.
3) Two stone chips on front bumper, sightly smaller then Australian five cent coin. Can be expertly repaired without full respray, others spray painters may want to do a full respray. There is also another almost the same chip on the front side of the roof, no idea how it happened.
4) Under passenger wheel guard is torn (From ACT road works and installation of unusual speed bumps). I have sourced a replacement which is included in the sale, easy installation can happen very easily.
5) Tires have approximately 5,000-10,000km life left as recommended by inspection and John McGrath. They are currently in drivable and legal and are on factory recommended Dunlop SP Sports as the car has been since throughout the current owners ownership. The owner advises this has been left for the choice of the new owner, as tires are personal.
6) Scratch on rear wing 2.5cm in length. Can by buffed out.
7) Rear bumper appears to be ageing but still presents itself when polished.
8) Both steering wheel buttons (Volume and Cruise Control) are broken but still functional and held by tape. This can be replaced at no more then $200.00 at most online, new owners expense. Unfortunately this can happen, but the good news is there are plenty of these and sometimes is as cheap as $30.00. Current owner has not had time to replace.
9) Small scratch on passenger door. Cannot be seen easily as it appears still in Narooma Blue.
10) Swirl marks evident (obviously over twenty years). Colour and paint is deep and rich with good gloss and shine, its believed that the car has never had in its 23 year life a professional cut, polish and buff so they paint is very original.
Good:
1) Mechanically the car is very sound. Not abused or thrashed and driven by mature owners. Any test drive will sure impress. All belts and seals have been done as recommended and more to upkeep its condition and performance.
2) Interior is commented to being “As New” except for the centre console where the Drivers Stick is where slightly a little bit of silver has flaked off. Others who will see all the silver has flaked or peeled off over time. New owner could replace if really wanted to and part is easily available.
3) All Original except for front Bilstein shocks and sports suspension installed which was done prior to current owner taking ownership as due. Redback exhaust has been found, but not commented by Ford or any evidence found through paperwork any modification has been done or replacement exhaust had been carried out. Its believed this is how it was ordered and came out of the factory and Redback was a supplier for Ford Australia. The exhaust is quite and sounds stock. Few third party upgrades as Ford Australia no longer supply the genuine part for example front and rear rotors are third party, front a slotted rear are not.
4) Original Radio and CD player with Factory Code and Security Card as part of paper work when sold new.
5) Original Floor Matts and Tickford Engine Cover.
6) Un replaceable and collectors dream of original dealer sale paper work going back to the date of purchase. Commented as unseen of by auctioneers and collectors.
7) Ford matching numbers car. Considered Low Mileage. Sold new and lived entire life in the Australian Capital Territory with original license plates (Can’t get more authentic).
(8) No Rust found or mentioned at any point at any service centre.

11) No accidents, known repairs or write offs. Clean History. No Finance Owing or reported stolen all Canberra owners and serviced most of the time at dealership that ordered and sold the vehicle.
This car, once the a obvious is repaired when it hits historic level will surely be expected to double in price within the next six years. Whilst there must be other equal examples out there, there are not known to be many and where are they? Grab yourself an assured piece of Australian automotive history with paperwork to match.
Genuine reason for sale. The current owner is experiencing changes in their lives and needs to prioritise other commitments. The owner is trying to raise money to support a project in relation to Australian Wildlife and is working on raising funds to purchase new equipment and supplies to continue the venture. The owner is hoping to attract a large business with a high tax threshold who could donate the asking sum towards their cause and depending on the donors accounting may be able to have apply taxable deductions against the purchase of the car as exchange for a donation.

All negotiators and dealers beware that any haggling or tire kicking is not welcome, the motor vehicle has had previously an insured value of $35,000 without spares or work carried out that was insured for “as is” condition to the time of this advertisement. If there is not suitable buyer, the vehicle may be organised through a charity auction to raise money for the current owners ventures. The owner is hoping to attract a generous donor who can provide more or less $50,000AUD towards their project/venture under their circumstances. This vehicle is surly to appreciate greatly over the years.
